Over all the room was clean and beds nice, staff nice, area nice. Good coffee and breakfast. I give it a 7 plus out of 10.
The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, the sink stopper broke and a day went buy till got fixed. Air conditioner could hardly keep room cool. safety latch on main door hard screws all loose. The place needs some TLC maintenance in each room.

The breakfast was great. The front desk staff was great.
We stayed on the second floor in a non smoking room. The whole floor smelled of smoke. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest either. Shower rod full of rust and stains in the toilet. Housekeepers rude. They only cleaned the room one of the days during our stay. The knocked and we were still getting ready they very rude about it and never came back to clean the room. And really all they did was make the beds and bring new towels. Never replaced hand soaps. I had to clean the room myself and call for towels and toilet paper and I took out the trash.

Towels were nice. Jet tub was nice; front desk sent a plug since there wasn't one in the bath. Air conditioner was super quiet. Refrigerator had a freezer. Bed was comfortable. Ice water with lemon was great.
Carpets in the room were stained; hall carpets in nice condition. Hair and dead bug were in bathroom. Eggs in breakfast bar sat on heat too long. No pool.

Bed was very comfy and the food was good
Well we left a "do not disturb" card on the door when we left the room bc we had valuables out so we did not want house keeping in the room while we were gone. When we came back to the room the card was removed and the room was cleaned. Granted nothing was missing but they still did not acknowledge the our wishes. When we talked to the front desk they even had it in there system as "do not disturb". To us that was unacceptable.

The bed was good.
The place is run down, breakfast was awful the hardware in the shower area was rusted I reported a leak in the shower that never got fixed. Carpeting needs good cleaning , the tub floor was not clean. the first two nights we could not sleep because of noise next door to us. On the day we were leaving the fire alarm went off we all got outside they never could figure out what was going on we left and the elevators were still not on . Very disappointed with the condition of the hotel. We stayed five years ago it was nice. New management is not good stay at your own risk.

It was relaxing time in Allentown. I was there for 2 nights and ate at attached restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The staff was all very very helpful and caring. The food was outstanding and the location was favourable. A stadium and an amusement park were also close to the hotel.

Staff was very friendly. Only place that called me in the room to make sure everything was good. Overall I had a good experience and the rate was very good..
The sheets were a little dirty, but no bed bugs so that's a plus!

Lobby air conditioner out our first room smelled of old fried food had a cleaning rag left in the bathroom and a plate in the micro wave with syrup on it . Went to to the desk to see what they could do about the smell and they said they would deodorize it after we came back 45 minutes later stated it was deodorize went back into the room and it still smelled terrible of that old fried food smell so hadso they gave me another room and there were children three of them banging on the walls all night long and in the morning older couple on the same floor came down to the door and banged on it to tell them to stop because people were sleeping it was at 7:30 in the morning it is not a hotel I will come back to

It was just a top selection for a lightning stop in Allentown with value for money. The front desk guy named Nick got us complimentary coffee and free water, a nice surprise. Be prepared for some noise from neighboring rooms.

Excellent desk customer service. Staff was very friendly. Cooperative to help with our issues. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast provided was awesome! Many enjoyed the 24hr coffee service, too. Very appreciated.
The KING disability room 122 had a couch sofa bed, which we intended on using. Upon nighttime to use it, it was not made up. Called for sheets, etc. Did not get a good redponse to that. Found out upon our further inspection that the actual base tarp was not able to be fastened to frame...missing a spring. Got a maintenance guy to look at it. We went out and found him ourselves. He could not fix it. Needed replaced. Since we were short one bed, they gave us another KING bed room, not a suite, so we had another bed to sleep in. They comp'd the room 122...and we paid for the other King room. We appreciated how they handled our inconvenience. I had booked 3 rooms, due to a funeral we all were in town for. All in all, it ended up being handled nicely, which we appreciated. We had enough stress to deal with that weekend with the death/funeral.

I loved the accessible amenities in the hotel. The smooth walkways and spacious areas made it easy for me to move about without any hassle. The vibrant decor brightened my day and was good.
More grab bars in the shower would be helpful.
